We sell apparel including T-shirt combos. Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated. Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

6. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

7. Replacement Policy
We provide replacements only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders.
Replacement requests must:
• Be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include the order number.
• Include a complete uninterrupted parcel opening video beginning before the package is opened.
Claims without the required video or after 48 hours may be rejected.

8. Returns
All products sold by Urban Closett are non-returnable after delivery. Returns for change of mind, size selected by the customer, fit, or preference are not accepted.

9. Refunds
Refunds are generally not available after successful delivery. Refunds may be issued only where a replacement cannot be provided or where required by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website belongs to Urban Closett or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Prohibited Uses
Users may not misuse the website, upload malicious code, scrape content, or engage in unlawful activities.
