Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we are happy to assist you with a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The replacement request must be submitted within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

  • You must share a clear, uninterrupted video of opening the sealed package, starting before the parcel is opened and continuing until all contents are fully visible. This video is mandatory for verification of any claim related to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products.

  • The product should remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition until the claim has been reviewed.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions regarding the replacement process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, manufacturing defect, missing item, or receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery or without the required parcel opening video may not be eligible for replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selected while placing the order, color preference, or personal preference.

Replacement requests are only considered for eligible cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products.

Exceptions

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.

  • Claims without a complete parcel opening video.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

  • Minor color variations caused by screen or lighting differences.

Sale items, promotional products, gift cards, and customized products are also not eligible for replacement unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

Returns

As our products are apparel items sold in combo packs, all purchases are non-returnable after delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Personal preference regarding color, design, or fit.

  • Any reason other than an approved replacement claim.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is covered under our Replacement Policy and not a return policy.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel or return certain purchases within 14 days where applicable. These rights apply only where required by law.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for successfully delivered orders.

A refund may only be processed if:

  • A replacement has been approved but cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.

  • A duplicate payment has been made.

  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Requests that do not satisfy these requirements may be declined. Products sold through our store are non-returnable, and only eligible replacement requests will be considered.
